Volunteering at Veritas
Many Veritas parents and grandparents participate in the school in many ways.
Veritas has a parent advisory committee and parents are well represented on the Board of Directors.
Volunteers have a unique opportunity to participate in the following activities:
- Art Instruction & Assistance
- Recess
- Field Day and Activity Support
- Chaperone Field Trips
- Classroom instruction (special projects or area of expertise or interest)
- Parent Prayer Group
- Hospitality (includes informal Parent / Family activities, Parent Coffees , Refreshments for school events)
- Costume design
- Marketing, Public Relations and Fundraising activities
- Substitute Teaching Opportunities
- Special Parent Projects
- Luncheons for Students and Teachers
- Teacher Appreciation Activities
New ideas are always welcome and encouraged.
